Ethan Stowell's homage to MFK Fisher and her philosophy of taking simple ingredients and transforming them into culinary splendor. The food is simple and rustic – an ever-changing menu of Italian inspired plates. While everything is seasonal, I highly recommend the porcini mushroom salad: shaved fresh porcini, fennel, parmesan and arugula in a simple olive oil dressing. On my list of things to crave!
