In the newly refurbished Line Hotel formerly the Wilshire Hotel in the heart of K-Town LA, Roy Choi runs all the food operations for the hotel including the traditional Korean style restaurant Pot ! and its high energy and high service levels.
This is Korean food at its best. Deep rich hearty flavors in broths, marinades and sauces at tables with built in heat conductors to keep the Pot warm through every slurp. Meats are slow cooked in stews or braised to TLC doneness.
You can order the full Korean experience with all the Banchan included, or a la carte tastings across the extensive choices on the menu of different Pots + "Other Things" to share and more "Other Other Things" side dishes.
The beverage menu is notable with a variety of distilled, brewed, and fermented options, while offering some interesting choices for the NAB inclined. I go with a Korean Hite beer with this menu !
