The ICCA 12th Annual Summit will take place in San Diego from Saturday, June 21 through Tuesday, June 24th. This is a change from the past when the event was held from Sunday through Wednesday. We will begin at 2:00 pm on Saturday with a general session and end with breakfast on Tuesday morning. We are very excited to announce our agenda ICCA 12th Annual Summit Agenda for the upcoming 12th Annual ICCA Summit. We have secured Richard Blais and Brian Malarkey, two past Top Chef contenders and the most successful restaurateurs in San Diego as speakers and to conduct a demonstration. Keynote speaker Jeff Sinelli, founder of Genghis Grill and Which Wich, will inspire you with his strategies and drive for success along with his devotion to make this world a better place. This summit will also feature several new areas of education including: The Commercial Kitchen of the Future, Farm-to-Cup Coffee Tasting, a Panel Discussion on New Innovations in Technology – Solutions to the Paperless Kitchen, and new consumer trend research on the adoption stage and brand fingerprints by Datassential. Oh, and of course there will be a wine program – this time featuring boutique Mexican wines presented by Jill Gubesch from Frontera Grill. The ICCA Summit is a unique opportunity for the nation’s leading menu development chefs to network with each other and meet some of the trend leading food/beverage manufacturers, commodity boards and trend experts.
