March 19 – 20, 2014 ICCA Culinary Immersions offer a unique opportunity for a limited number of ICCA members and sponsors to receive a deep dive into some of our most creative culinary destinations in America. Past cities include LA, Dallas, New Orleans and Denver. The ICCA Culinary Immersion Atlanta will feature the top award winning chefs and a “Backstage Tour” of the new test kitchen at Chick-fil-A and their 80,000 square foot creative think-tank they call “The Hatch.” The Hatch is where the Chick-fil-A staff ideate, conduct prototyping and training. We will also tour Coke’s headquarters and get inspired with the latest trend information on non-alcoholic beverages and creative cocktails. You will also experience round-table discussions and meals at most of the award winning chef restaurants in and around Atlanta. Attendance will be limited to only 15 ICCA members and five sponsors.
