You won’t want to miss the ICCA Culinary Immersion Boise, we are calling it “a day in the life of a potato.” If you menu potatoes, this will be the tour for you. We will be in Idaho for potato harvest season where you can witness the most amazing technology driven harvest and production facilities showcasing why Idaho Potatoes are the most sought after in the world. Our ICCA Culinary Immersion will include a farm tour where we can witness the field harvest in person and talk with family owners about their business and the conditions of the harvest season. 

RJ Harvey, Director of Culinary for Potatoes USA will conduct a demo featuring new and creative trends using potatoes. We will take you from the farm to a packing facility and then to a processing plant all in the same day.
