Nashville is not only the home of Country Music – it is becoming one of the hottest culinary destinations in the USA. From Nashville-native Chef Julia Sullivan at Henrietta Red to Iron Chef and Chopped television host, Maneet Chauhan, ICCA members and sponsors experienced the flavors of the fastest growing metropolis in the South. The first night dinner spanned two restaurants of our ICCA long-time friend, Maneet Chauhan, we enjoyed our opening dinner for this immersion at her amazing restaurant Chauhan Ale & Masala House. Other highlights of the ICCA Immersion included creative Cocktails at White Limozeen, an homage to Dolly Parton at the Graduate Hotel. CCA members also enjoyed, and survived the heat at the famous and legendary chicken restaurant, Hattie B’s. Tennessee’s legendary Barbeque restaurants Peg Leg Porker and Martin’s Bar-B-Que Joint. shared their history and amazing food for lunches.
