We are very excited to host our first major event in Canada from September 22 – 23, 2016. As a true culinary destination, Vancouver’s dining scene is bursting with creativity, diversity, innovation and value. From the burgeoning street food scene and family-run cafes, through to waterfront seafood restaurants and high- rolling steak houses, you’ll come away amazed with Vancouver’s variety. Here is the complete agenda and hotel information: icca-culinary-immersion-vancouver
We’ve prepared a selection of dining choices that celebrate the city’s multicultural diversity. The city’s reputation certainly has been attracting foodies for many years, but the surge of top chefs from all over Canada and even Europe has has been lauded by international media—read what a few have to say below: “The number of truly outstanding restaurants in Vancouver is astonishing, and the prices are ridiculously low when compared to other food capitals…” – The New York Times.com “Fusion is the operative word in restaurant-rich Vancouver, where Northwest meets Japanese meets Indian meets Chinese.” – National Geographic Traveler.
The most astonishing thing to me was how large the Asian population is there and you can see that in menus, but that is not the only major influence on Vancouver’s cuisine; French, Italian, Spanish, South American and even African trained chefs have come to make Vancouver home and you will see and taste that during our ICCA Culinary Immersion Vancouver. Email Kevin@ICCAchefs.com to reserve your spot for this event. The event is limited to 15 members on a first-come-first serve basis and all expenses are paid for by the ICCA sponsors. All you need to pay is your transportation to the host hotel, after that we pay for everything. To join the ICCA please fill out the ICCA membership form 2016 and sent it to Kevin@ICCAchefs.com. If you wish to pay by check here is the ICCA Membership-Summit Discount 2016 or you can pay online by going to our events section on this Website.
