The Alaska Seafood Marketing Institute knows that the inherently risky foodservice business is under even more pressure today. Working with the leading foodservice research firm, Technomic, we asked 4,000 people across the country what motivated their decision-making when it comes to ordering seafood now and what they are likely to do in the future. What fell out was consumer segments with the most potential for sales lift, repeat business, and for becoming your brand ambassadors. We call them “Seafood Super Consumers.”
