The ICCA Board of Directors is comprised of members from nearly every major segment in the foodservice industry. Board members are elected to a two year term with the option to be reelected to one more term or a total of four consecutive years on the board. From the board of directors, four officers will be elected to a one year term. These offices include president, vice president, treasurer and secretary. Officers are eligible to run for one more one-year term before retiring from that position. Membership is limited to the highest ranking new menu developer from the nation’s top 200 multi-unit operations. There is the opportunity for an additional member from an operating company, but it must be approved by the ICCA board of directors. The ICCA Marketing Committee is comprised of one person from each corporate sponsor and two from each founding sponsor company along with the current ICCA board of directors. Members are assembled at an annual Summit and several networking events throughout the year.
