Top chef Jen Jasinski owns this great restaurant and she has a few others in Denver. As a disciple of Wolfgang Puck, she and her Chef de Cuisine Jorel Pierce bring cooking prowess and serious hospitality to a whole new level. Chef Jorel has just been nominated for Rising Star Chef of the Year by the James Beard Foundation. I have eaten here nearly 12 times now and never underwhelmed. This place also serves and places beer forward to wine in locality and in place of wine in some cases. It is a top 5 restaurant in Denver and that's saying something as the food scene in Denver is taking major steps toward a foodie town. I will continue to return and can't wait till I go again. Go, it won't disappoint.
